Pre-Planned Absences

Planning an Absence?

If your child will be away from school, please call the office at 509-848-5701 before the absence. We’ll be glad to:

• Prepare work your child can complete while away, so they stay on track.
• Explain what documentation you’ll need for the absence to be excused.

Please note: If a student is absent for 20 or more school days in a row, district policy requires that they be withdrawn from the district on the 21st day.
